Michael Louque

For Michael, technology has been a lifelong curiosity.
Growing up, he was drawn to computers, video games, and hands on experimentation. One of his earliest projects was using a breadboard kit to build a nightlight that automatically turned on an LED when the room became dark. That excitement for understanding how technology works quickly grew into a deeper passion for problem solving and innovation.
During his senior year of high school, Michael participated in a work study program that allowed him to shadow his school’s IT department for half of the school day. There, he gained firsthand experience working with computers and servers and discovered the impact technology could have on helping people stay productive and connected. After graduation, he continued pursuing that passion by earning an Associate’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking.
At Stepping Forward, Michael enjoys knowing that the work the team does truly makes a difference for clients every day. He finds it rewarding to help turn stressful technology issues into quick solutions that get people back on track and moving forward. His goal is to build radical trust with clients by providing dependable support and helping make their day to day work easier.
Outside of work, Michael is a car enthusiast through and through. He enjoys working on his own vehicles, helping friends with maintenance projects, and spending time around automotive culture. His current lineup includes a Mazda3 Turbo hatch and a highly modified, turbocharged 10th Anniversary Mazda Miata.
