For Elizabeth, it all started with a love for numbers.

She has enjoyed math for as long as she can remember, but her passion truly took shape in fifth grade when a teacher recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue it. That simple moment sparked a lifelong interest in problem-solving, financial stewardship, and helping organizations succeed through strong operational foundations.

Elizabeth went on to earn degrees in Finance and International Business from Baylor University. Over the past 15 years, she has built a career in accounting, finance, and HR administration, developing expertise in financial operations, payroll, and organizational support. In a previous role with a nonprofit organization, she also coordinated IT initiatives and worked closely with outsourced technology providers. That experience reinforced her belief that when finance and technology work together effectively, organizations can grow, operate efficiently, and better serve the people who depend on them.

At Stepping Forward, Elizabeth enjoys being part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and service. She takes pride in supporting both clients and teammates through careful attention to detail, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her goal is to bring accuracy, organization, and care to every aspect of her work so others can focus on achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys exploring Colorado’s beautiful outdoors with her family, cheering on her children at their activities, and relaxing with a good book.
