For Matthew, technology has always been about solving complex problems. 

From an early age, he was fascinated by how systems, both digital and organizational, could be designed to create leverage, improve workflows, and help people accomplish more with less effort. That curiosity naturally grew into a passion for building structure and finding smarter ways to work.

Over time, Matthew built a career that bridges operations and technology. His experience includes leading teams, designing scalable processes, and implementing solutions that help organizations operate more effectively. Along the way, he developed strengths in strategic planning, project management, and organizational health, allowing him to connect long term vision with practical day to day execution.

At Stepping Forward, Matthew enjoys bringing clarity and structure to environments that can often feel complex or fast moving. He values the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands on problem solving, helping the team stay efficient, aligned, and focused on meaningful outcomes. His goal is to reduce friction through better processes, smarter tools, and clear direction so both clients and teammates can focus on high value work.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and four kids. He also enjoys diving deep into hobbies like specialty coffee and watches.
