From the beginning, he was drawn to the idea of building a career where he could help people and organizations succeed. Because technology touches nearly every aspect of modern business, he saw it as a powerful way to create positive change and solve meaningful problems.

As Kody began his career in IT, he quickly recognized the impact that strong technology support, strategic planning, and continuous improvement can have on an organization’s success. That realization fueled his passion for the industry and inspired him to continue growing professionally. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Cyber Operations and Resilience from Boise State University, along with CompTIA Network+, Security+, and CySA+ certifications. Along the way, he learned that building strong relationships and earning trust are just as important as technical expertise.

At Stepping Forward, Kody values the culture of collaboration and continuous growth. He enjoys being part of a team that is committed to helping one another learn, improve, and succeed while delivering exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Kody enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through weightlifting, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
